Insomnia Gallery hosts monthly themed group art showcases. These are gallery style presentations with framed artwork and canvases hung on the wall for guest viewing and buying. We take care of all that work for you so that you can just come and enjoy the show!
Artists interested in joining a gallery show should read ALL of the information below and shoot us an email with the name of the show they’re applying for/interested in the subject. Note that we will only reply to emails who have a status of “CALL IS NOW OPEN.” Here is our current 2026 planned schedule:
FEB - LOVE YOU TO DEATH (02/13) Annual tribute to love, loss, the first kiss, and heartbreak. Choose a side or choose both! CALL IS NOW OPEN!
MAR - DISNEY ART SHOW (03/13) It’s back! After 3 years, the Disney Art Show returns and is always a fan-favorite! Choose from Disney and Pixar - no Marvel or Star Wars. These need to be Disney/Pixar original properties! CALL NOT YET OPEN.
APR - STICKY FINGERS (04/10) After a few years off, our tribute to stickers is back! Perfect for those of you who make your own stickers! Gallery pieces will all be on those 6”x4” priority mail labels! Grab em for free from your local post office or we’ll have some in the studio for you! HERE’S A LINK TO WHAT THEY LOOK ARE! This will also serve as our big anniversary show so I hope you’ll join! CALL NOT YET OPEN.
MAY - BLACK LIGHT ART SHOW (05/08) Our annual Black Light Art Show is our most unique presentation of the year as we transform the gallery into a black light den! No theme, but all work must glow under black lights! CALL NOT YET OPEN.
JUN - CARNIVAL/SIDESHOW (06/12) FIRST TIME EVENT! We’ll pay homage to the weird world of carnivals and sideshows! Think this has the potential to be a regular event! CALL NOT YET OPEN.
JUL - SKATEBOARD ART SHOW (07/10) Back again! This is my personal favorite show as we ask you to customize a skateboard (VERTICALLY!) for display! We’ll once again offer blank boards for your use starting in June. CALL NOT YET OPEN.
AUG - SUMMER SLASHERS (08/07) Our annual tribute to all things horror related is back and is always one of our biggest and most anticipated showcases of the year! CALL NOT YET OPEN.
SEP - KAWAII ART SHOW (09/11) Everything cute. Everything pink. If it’s adorable, it shows! It’s essentially the Japanese word for cute, but that doesn’t mean your theme needs to be inspired by Japanese culture, but it certainly can be. CALL NOT YET OPEN.
OCT - SKULLS (10/09) FIRST TIME EVENT! It’s all SKULLS! Your artwork must feature a skull or two or 10! We’ll also gladly take sculptural/3D work for this one! Perfect for the season and so simple I think it will KILL! CALL NOT YET OPEN.
NOV - STUDIO GHIBLI (11/13) Our first show in 2025 went so well (absolutely insane and set a sales record for us!) that we have to do this one again! CALL NOT YET OPEN.
DEC - CHEAP DATE (12/11) Our $25 art show returns to close out the year! Always a blast and a great way to clear out that portfolio or sketch book for the year or try something new! CALL NOT YET OPEN.

Consignment Artists- Send us a link to your Etsy, online store, or upload any images of your merchandise you have available and we'll tell you what would work in the store! Items we currently accept include prints (up to 11x17), pins, stickers, sticker packs, patches, zines, shirts, and small framed artwork (up to 9x12). We will then give you more information on consignment with Insomnia including commission percentages and payout procedures.
