When you think of Houston you might think of the Energy Capital of the World- maybe NASA, the Astrodome- a city of progress and innovation. You might also think of Screwston, the Be Someone sign, Mattress Mac, Slab Culture. Maybe you're a recent 'Stros fan or an oldhead still lamenting the loss of the Oilers.
Nearly 200 years after the city was founded, it truly feels that the city is only now coming into its own in terms of culture, subculture and history. It's one of the most diverse cities in the entire world, which can be viewed as an obstacle to central culture and customs or can in itself create a unifying sense of pride.
Join us on June 13th as local artists and photographers pay homage to the city as they see it. We hope to present a gallery showcase as diverse as the city itself!
As always, we'll have free booze on hand courtesy of Eureka Heights Brew Co, Bad Astronaut Brewing, Equal Parts Brewing and ciders from City Orchard! We'll have infused beverages from newest show sponsor 8th Wonder as well!
We'll make a batch or two of "purple drank" and wine will be available as well!

There will be OVER 60 VENDORS inside this massive adult playground of a venue which features pool tables, foosball, air hockey, cornhole and more (and all FREE to play!) The venue itself is dog friendly all day and kid friendly until 9pm.
Come shop TONS of art from artists, handmade stuff from makers, collectibles from collectors, thrift and vintage, TONS OF VINYL RECORDS, books, video games, movies and vendors selling so much more!

Based on the punk rock garage sales that took place regularly at Walter's Downtown, Insomnia Gallery has been keeping this tradition alive for the last 6 years! DIY Forever! If you haven't caught on yet, these happen on the 3rd Sunday of EVERY MONTH at Bad Astronaut brewing!
Sale hours: 2:00pm - 6:00pm

Parking: Parking lot behind venue, plus grass lot on corner, plus FREE street parking on Sunday!
